Here at Cabot Exterminating, we have put together a plan that insures your home will be protected in the case it ever gets termites. With these simple steps, you will be on your way to ensuring your house is protected.

First

Allow one of our trained professionals to come inspect your home to determine if it has termites or has had termites in the past. We will inspect important moisture areas and look for possible hidden damage. Also, an evaluation will take place on determining the appropriate method of treatment that needs to be undergone.

Second

Set up an appropriate time that will allow our termite technician to access the house for the treatment. Depending on the size of the house this could take a fair amount of time. With the use of special chemical injected in the soil, a barrier will be laid down to kill active termites and provide a residual for years to come.

Third

Sit back and relax!!! Knowing that your house is in good hands you will be able to live life with out the worry of termites. Each year on the anniversary of the month the contract was established, our secretary will contact you to set up a time for us to come inspect the house and for your termite contract to be renewed.

 

 

Termite policy good for one year and is renewed ever year for continual coverage. In the instance the policy is not renewed Cabot Exterminating will not be responsible for any damages.
